Okay, I've done a search and I'm not clear on this:

I think I can swap the bench out of my 90 V3500 for some buckets out of a same year suburban.

I am unclear on the mounts. I've found some posts that say that they will bolt up directly to the floor and others that say the outer floor bench mounts will work on the buckets, but I may have to find inner mounts.

What's the deal?

as long as the floor has a hump, it should work. But with a welder and some metal it will work. I put civic seats into my burb. just got to make them work some times. :burb:

I guess what I want to know is if it's a direct bolt in.

I believe what the drunken web wheeler meant was "If they're both 4WD they should swap" -- at least the "if it has a hump" alludes, to me, to the 2WD vs 4WD.

You said V3500 which is ... err, 4WD, but didn't mention whether the Burb is or not.

Drunk web wheeler. That's good. I'm just like that, except not drunk. :haha:

burban seats in my std cab truck. just bolt up and get the inner front mount and reweld it on your floor pan. and drill inner back hole and add big flat washer on bottom side for support.
