That "buy it now" price is ridiculous for this thing let alone the starting bid. Nice pop rivet job on the side mouldings, you could have at least put them in the black part where they can be painted and be less visible. Those body lines don't look too good either. At the very highest I would maybe pay $2500-3000.

Personally, I like how the front and rear license plates are completely different!

The back one is "820 RTD".....hmmm wonded what the "RTD" stands for?......I'd like to buy and "E"......ok, now an "A".......ok, is there an "R"?????

OK....I'd like to solve the puzzle please.........

:usaflag:

I don't know about Texas, but I used live in Florida and there you only run back plates. A lot of northerners moving in would run the Florida plate issued, but run an old plate from their home state on the front. Sounds dumb, but they did it all the time.

Texas says you have to have 'em both. There was a bill introduced during the last legislative session that would have changed it but the bill died before it got to either floor.
I do get to run my '81 Corvette without a front plate, though - it's "antique"!!!

4x4 works in Hi Loc, but doesn't like to be shifted to the other 4x4 options; however, Warn (brand) locking/unlocking hubs make this a moot point; she drives great on and off road.

Nice. Who needs low gear anyway.

Lots of states don't require front plates (such as AZ) but I'm guessing Officer Friendly isn't going to like you running a real plate from another state on the front (as opposed to your favorite sports team, fake vanity plate, or whatever).

Of course, some body rust has been cut out and replaced with sheet metal and/or bondo over the years. Underside of truck and under hood are in very nice condition, although some rust does exist under the floor panels and inside the fenders/wheel wells.
Of course! Of course $9000 is a fair price! Sheesh.:doah:

this guy has been watching too many Barret-jackson auctions. Where everything sells for too much $$$$$$.

It has 4 bids and is upto $6500:eek1: . If it was only $2000 or so I would buy it and beat it on the rocks:D . But if I had $2000 it would prolly go into the K5 that I have already paid for:doah:

I stand in disbelief that someone actually looked at that saggy K5 and bid on it at that starting price let alone the winning bid.:eek1:

I bet it shows up on eBay next week with a deadbeat bidder rant at the bottom of the description...:doah:
