Another fuel cell question

So I went ahead and bought that fuel cell. It's a 22 gallon Jaz cell, with one vent and one output on the top. I already have a carter fuel pump mounted under my truck. When I mounted it it clearly said in the instructions to mount it low. My question is do I still need to mount it lower than the fuel cell and do I need to upgrade to a larger pump and install a regulator?

You still need to mount it lower so its gravity fed.

As for needing a bigger pump with a regulator, that depends on how well the current pump is meeting your motors demands.
