I see a Eaton rear end and a rockwell t-case. Looks like he used parts off an older Chevy 4x4 to build that POS.

The funny thing is the amount of work that went into building such a pile of crap. Almost would be worth that much for parts, but not exactly a deal.

i dont think its a rockwell tcase. but it doesnt matter, its still a worthless rig, 44's on a closed knuckle 44!

Funny how the front driveshaft has a bigger-diameter tube than the rear shaft. Compared to the front shaft tube diameter, it almost appears they used a splined piece of rebar for the slip joint.

Did you see the shape of the case, that is no 205. I think there was a cas pre 205 like a 200? /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif, but in my Chevrolet and GMC Light Truck book they have a pic of a rockwell divorced case and it looks like what he's got. I think the guy assumes it is 205 becuase it is all gear, but with an Eaton rear end "corporate" it is quite possible that the case is a Rockwell taken from the same truck the rear end came from. Think it was 60-66 that had that set-up /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

I don't know for sure, but the way the one side comes kinda to a point is not NP205 style.

it looks like a 205 to me. np200's are passenger side rear output. its a center output with a cover on the pass side.
it looks just like my 205.....

Actually it does look like it could be a 205 now, I think maybe the way he has it mounted makes it look funny, but considering it has a closed knuckle 44 and an eaton rearend, it might not be a 205. I am just looking in my book (which doesn't really mean anything) and it says that GM went from divorced cases which they state as being Rockwells to mated cases Dana/Spicer, and then NP. But there are always variations from the norm so I dunno.
