thats a warn 8274 and another 8000lb warn winch, both snatched blocked and they wouldnt budge my truck...took a BIG excavator to pull me out...rather have 2 much winch than not enuff...more realistic would b 12000lb for the rear...

not when they were doing this...older people don't take kindly to younger people telling them how to winch a vehicle "when they've had a 4wd their whole life with a winch-i know how to do this" they did try b4 with the red toyota but he didn't know either...sad part is about 15' in front of me on drivers side was a powerline tele pole...if i had my winch i would've gotten out...oh well, it was FUN!!!

What the heck!?! How are you doing man? I've been debating to call you or not to see how things were going since you all had the baby, although probably not much of a baby anymore...
You still have the K5? Is that they same 16.5 your wife gave you? Still not mounted huh?
Anyway, I can do it for the same price... Although it will likely not look exactly the same.

The "other" Blazer is getting big, he's been asking about the Blazer in the garage, and why I never drive it, so I fired the rig up for the first time in 2 years last night, even pulled it out of the garage for a trip around the yard. Still don't have a transmission in it that will shift out of about 2nd, kinda, ish..., but I'm working on that too. Thinking I may finally ditch Automatics all together.
That's the same winch, and yea, I'm tired of it sitting on the ground. Maybe we should sit down and hash something out to get it mounted I'm thinking I might need my back bumper finished too 
We got a lot to catch up on. I'm finally getting over the last offroad biz deal I was imvolved in, I was so soured on the entire mess, that I just gave it all up for a while, glad that's passed though... ready to start working on the old truck.
I've expanded my fleet quite a bit since though, got a 92 Ford F-150 4x4, and have kinda gone Jeep crazy. An 01 Cherokee, an 08 Commander Limited, and for about 2 years, an 04 Liberty. The liberty got turned into a trash can in a pretty ugly wreck, and I tried to cut my hand off. It's been hectic LOL!!!
