First off i have searched and could not find the info i was looking for.
Is the stud supposed to seat into the rotor and hub or just the hub,my studs are just a smidge loose in the rotor and is the disc supposed to sit tight on the hub like the drum did or have a larger diameter that the drum?
Any input is much appreciated as this is my first time doing anything like this.

The stud will be loose in the rotor but the knurl of the stud should be tight in the hub (this is what holds them together). Be careful though as some studs the head of the stud is too large for the recessed area of the rotor and you'll either need to machine the diameter of the head of the studs smaller so it fits within the recess of the rotor or make the recess larger in diameter to allow your studs to fit correctly. The ID of the rotor is larger than the diameter of the hub but the studs will center everything for you. Make sure you have the rotors machined AFTER they are pressed together to make sure they are true to the hub.
