Looking at buying a 79 scottsdale, 4x4 with an np203 t-case that seems to have some issues. Everything seems normal with the front hubs in the open position (aftermarket wheels and hubs), and when hubs are locked it goes into 4 hi just fine, and from reading about the 4 loc bit im not entirely sure how to tell if 4 hi lock is working properly, but all 4 wheels will spin on the snow no problem. Now, the shift lever seems to move into the 4 lo and 4 lo lock position, however the truck will only spin the back tires, zero power to the fronts while hubs are locked, immediately after proving that 4 hi works. Does this mean there is a problem with the t-case itself or could this still be a shifter problem?

4hi works proper, shift to 4 lo and only have power at rear wheels, shifter seems to be moving properly though.
