On the NV4500 you need the pedals and master from an '85up SM465 hydro truck. Everything bolts in truck side...might have to cutout the master cylinder holes but they are dimpled from the factory. From there you need the NV4500 with hydro bell and slave cylinder. I think there are fitment issue with some year NV4500's and the slave/frnt drive shaft?? I know some are internal slave or you can do and advance adapters kit for the bell housing. You might need to make/get a specialty hydro line from the master to the slave. The SM465 master should drive up to a 11-12" clutch.
I personally retrofitted the NV4500's stock master cylinder up to my truck. Wasn't too terribly tough to accomplish. I don't know if the SM465's master cylinder moves the same volume as the NV4500's or not. Would certainly simplify things a great deal if that were the case.
