Another part identification, th350 is leaking from here...

What is this round circle called on the passenger side of tranny. Th350. Is it the accumulator? Whatever it is it is leaking. How do I fix it?

The round circle in question is the accumulator cover. It is not hard to change. The only difficulty is pushing in the accumulator cover against a spring so you can remove the lock ring. After finding the source of the leak, usually the o-ring, you will need to replace the lock ring the same way you removed it.
 
Had my rebuilt t350 do that when I first got it in the truck. It's kind of a pita to get that o ring to sit right, but an easy enough fix.

So if I remove the accumulator cover to change the deal is fluid going to come pouring out? Or does fluid only get to the accumulator when it's running, because it seems to only leak when running.
 
If any fluid is going to come out it should be very little. I worked on mine, it's a 700r4, and didn't lose any fluid. But I have a drain plug on my tranny pan so I can remove a little bit of fluid if necessary.

If any doubt just put a jug or pan underneath to catch any fluid that may seep out. If the tranny pan isn't overfilled it shouldn't lose any.

Also, make sure to clean that area up real good. You don't want any dirt or grit getting on the new o-ring or it will leak again. That o-ring usually gets brittle from being old or from the heat of the exhaust. This also gives you a chance to check the piston seals inside the accumulator if you want. Some say not to check it, but I don't mind digging deeper into a project. This is what helps me learn more about how it works. Depends on how far you want to go.
