Another TBI question

Ok here goes 87 R30 454N TBI. Engine just rebuilt when I drive it now from no throttle up to 1/4 throttle engine stumbles almost like a lean condition and a cold engine. I checked the connections and grounds any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could try resetting base idle which would set the IAC also. Do you have winaldl? Check for vacuum leaks, check your timing is correct (usually0* on tbi but I'm not sure about 454s), make sure your manifold is tightened down (they tend to back off a bit). Are you sure you set your valve lash correctly? lots to check!!
