I don't know if i have been lucky everytime I order something from you guys but it always shows up Day or 2 before i expect them. I know what it takes to produce the products you carry and apreciate the "heads up" on when they will be shipped.

Maybe a combo of being lucky and good? Good in that we get them out in a reasonable time, lucky in that UPS gets them there early?
We're really working on getting order times down and trying to keep backorders minimized, it must be paying off.
