ANOTHER tire size question (sorry)

I know these questions are asked alot on this site. But I searched and didn't find anything. So my question is there are 4 baja claws for sale for 700 bucks, they are 38.5x16x15. These things are WIDE would they have trouble turning under my 5 inch lift? I'm prepared to cut, but will cutting be enough to fit them under there? I looked at the tire fitment table, but I didn't see any tires this wide.

How wide is the rim? What is the backspacing. I run 38x15.5 on 10" wide rims with about 7" of lift. The only time they rub the rear of the wheel well is at full stuff turning in that direction. Meaning, they rub the back of the left wheel well when turning left and compressing the left side.

Haven't selected my rims yet, your rims sound about the size I need, how much backspacing do they have?

To tell you the truth, I don't know. I will measure that tomorrow when I'm under the truck...again!
