Said goodbye to the '88 Firebird and got an '82 K5 for parts.

Now to start stripping it when I get time.

Well, the '82 body is a bit rough, and the motor is in question on if it is any good or not. The tranny and T-case may get used in a different K5 I'm getting... not sure about the axles. And the rest I'll just sell off to get my $100 back out of what I was into the Firebird.

I got it from Craig who got it from Chuck (different Chuck than the one you know) who got it from Dude... and when Dude had it last winter I was almost going to buy it from him but then I didn't and Chuck got it. And then it came around to me anyways.

According to Chuck who handed me the title which he had to track down, it's been through about a dozen owners in the last 4-5 years none of whom have actually worked on it to get it on the road.

IF it has a tan interior I am interested in parts!

Do you know that place on the corner of Market and Parksmith, its a house with a bunch of cars, I think they might do auto repair, i'm not sure, but they usually have something sitting out front for sale, and I think I saw that blazer sitting there at one time.

How long ago? Who knows, it could have been it. Of course, just driving around today I passed by two other K5's with the same paint scheme and similar body condition.
