another vibration problem

So my truck was getting some pretty good vibrations at highway speed, like from 25 up, now its at all speeds.

It continues to vibrate when I engage the clutch.

I checked all my lug nuts all wheels are tight, shocks, tie rod, mostly just went under it on the creeper to see if anything stuck out.

I havent had a chance too look at it since im always pretty tired after work, and after 8 hours a day on mechanics I dont wanna mess with my truck

Any ideas? wheel bearings?
