I did a search on this and really did not get the answer I wanted. I am building my 14bff and doing the disc brake swap. I pressed in my wheel studs and ended up with 0.75 " of threads on the outer hub side which does not seem like enough. The studs are 3", I was going to compare what length is sticking out of the truck currently, but since it 5 below zero I wimped out. I just do not feel this is a safe situation and would like some opinions on this. And if anyone has the NAPA part number for longer studs I would be in your debt. Someday I will no longer be a Noob.
I found and answered my own question.
For archive purposes the NAPA part number for 3.5 inch wheel studs is 641-1566.
