Another will it fit question

I am rebuilding a 1986 FS Jimmy I have 7K invested into it and it is finaly coming down to the tires. I would like some advise about what brand and size tire I should use. It is stock height but I changed front and rear axles to 3/4 ton and now I have 8 lug w/16'' rims. I am hoping to pay $125 / tire

Also I pull a 3K pound stump grinder so I street drive every day but also am
in peoples yard in the dirt.

This is my 1st 4wd and never gave much thought to tire size .......Jeff
