Antenna booster?

I have a newer Pioneer deck and sometimes the signal/stereo doesn't come in as clear as it should compared to other vehicles I've ridden in. I have the factory antenna that is mounted on the passenger fender. Should I upgrade the antenna or get an antenna booster?

Also, do you guys have any suggestions on what kind of antenna and/or antenna booster?

I'd probley do both if you liston to the radio alot. I hardly ever liston to the radio, although I do burn new CD's every couple of weeks or so. Kinda get tired of the same songs after awhile.
