Anti wrap bars generally by nature deliver lots of AS. My setup with a long bar (about 40") gave me somewhere around 150% AS numbers. Which is quite alot. This was also with 64's that were moved on the frame so the centerline of the mounts was different than stock and my own crossmember up by the Tcase output.
anti squat, anti dive, roll axis, and lots more all effect how a truck will drive and how the suspension will react. I'll say this, while Anti wrap bars will not give you ideal numbers I would not be too afraid of that. I got my truck to do amazing things with that number. And the benefits of part life far outweigh the cons.
Also of note. Its easy to get wrapped up in the hot number of the day. It changes all the time when people try different things. Also different setups/drivers all want different numbers.
The goal with Anti Wrap bars is to get it as long and flat as possible, within reason. My bar was long and I was building 1 or 2 a year, out of 2" .250 wall, and bending the hell out of them on waterfalls. Don't forget your shackle angle on the bar will change the IC, which can help a bit with your numbers. But that also has its tradeoffs.
I just came back to edit. The best way to learn exactly how it works is to read some of Carrol Smith's book tune to win. HankScorpio above also said it pretty good.
