3/4 ton status
For the tube what is everyone using 1 3/4", 2" DOM, Chromo....... I want to build this one and never have it bend unlike my P.O.S. Missouri Offroad one.

Talk to Kurt (DIY4x). I ordered parts from him & built my own raptor. I ordered his link & the top bar he sells along with tabs to weld to the axle tube. I think it was 1.75 DOM in .250 wall. I can't remember for sure.

1/2 ton status
mine is 1 3/4" top tube hrew, and 1 3/4" hrew sleeved with 2" DOm for the lower.
