I purchased a part from a guy in Beaverton Oregon, it hasnt got here yet, looking to see if anyone on hear knows him.

Well got the part, but it was misrepresented, what would you guys do?
It was supposed to be a 1350 rear output for a np205 with yoke, it got here and it is not a 1350 yoke, should I make a claim with ebay or try and work it out with the seller, I really hope it is not a member of this board.

Deal with seller first, if he doesnt want to fix it, then report them to ebay.

But it could have been a simple mistake and going through ebay before going through the seller would not be the right thing to do.
