I like the paintjob but something was bothering me about it like it wasn't lined up, then I noticed the saggy butt. :P Doesn't have the +2 in the rear stance. Makes the lines look strange from the side.

2 inches of extra lift in the rear so the back end doesn't sag and be lower than the front end.

Stock blazer ride height is 2 inches taller measured from the rear fender well than the front fender well. Not only does this have a distinctive "aggressive" stance, but it is compensation for when weight is added to the bed. If your truck sat evenly front and rear out of the factory, anytime you brought a basket full of groceries home, or some new potting soil for the yard, it would make the rear end sag.

That truck doesn't have saggy butt. The front fenders are cut about 2" higher than the rear, so when you have the same clearance to the tires front and back, the back is sitting slightly higher than the front. I think the stance of this rig is about right - with the hardtop off.

Could be the stripe on the side that is throwing me off. :o

Just curious, what is that insert you have in the slot where the hardtop seats at the back of the cab? Is that custom or did you order that somewhere? I was thinking about doing something similar since I don't use hardtops, but I am planning to make something that angles backwards a bit, sort of like the broncos or the k5 concept blazer.

Yeah. Looks cool.
I am getting ready to paint mine again. I have all of the paint (7 gals) and just need to finish the body work and all of the junk I am doing to it before I can roll it into the booth and go to town. (Probably about a month.)

looks like a roll bar to me, oh and i like the paint

No not the rollbar, on the back of the cab, once the top is removed, there is a lip that comes out and up, that the top seats into. He has some sort of insert for the lip so that it appears flush with the cab.

here is a better pic of the back piece that your talking about. From another thread
