any one have a pj buggy hauler?

I just purchased that same trailer, except I have the rear corner jacks and 16" OC crossmembers.

I don't have hardly any miles on it yet so I can't give a ton of driveability info but from the miles I do have it towed very nice. All the welds are good, for a trailer. Powdercoating seems pretty consistent underneath of it.

I didn't like the wiring near the tongue so I re-routed some of it.

That seems to be the word on the internet. So I checked mine out pretty good. They all looked solid as far as I could tell with the powdercoat on top of them.

One thing I was told when I was there is that the 5" channel buggy hauler with the upgraded axle option also has an option to have both axles with brakes.
That means you need to make sure that you get a trailer with both axles as braking axles as it is possible to have a Buggy hauler 10k with only 1 braking axle.

Nice trailer, been looking at the same one. How did Trailer City treat you in PDX if that's where you went?

they are good to deal with, friendly sales people and shop guys, they were upfront with the cost to. I paid 3900 with a new ball and trip permit.

Are you running T plates on your truck and Perm plating the trailer? Since you got the 10K rated one right?

does anyone have a buggy hauler? im considering picking it up this week and looking for opinions and reviews on it.

I don't know about the PJ, but I did a lot of research last winter and had Top Notch Trailer on I5 in WA build mine. it is a 10k 18 footer with extended steel sides and lots of extras. it was $3300. I haul my burb on it and have had 5 atvs and a meat trailer on it. I liked it so much I ordered a 16 ft car hauler from them for $2200 to haul a mini van to AK and then sold it for $3500 when I got there :-)

What's a buggy hauler?

Buggy hauler just means a full legal width bed flatbed and drive over fenders. A lot of them are used for dune buggies, desert race trucks and fullsize offroad trucks. PJ Trailers just call theirs a ''buggy hauler''
