I bought these for my blazer and they dont fit...first i had to cut my bump stop mount for the differential out of the way. then it wont fit my starter

And even then the biggest problem is the flange is about 1.5 inches from my front driveshaft. meaning, if i hit a bump, the front driveshaft will nail the header....wtf??

Theres about 6'' above the header where they could have routed it to.... its almost like its the wrong headers but all part numbers match.

If i didn't have a lift it would be touching.

Anyone else have this problem??

thanks

everyone i know that has bought flowtech's wishes they didn't. i know that doesn't help u, but there headers are crap

same here, several different sets on several different trucks, never had a problem with them. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I like my Flowtechs, no problems here. They only cost $79.00 too, so that also makes them cool.

i have flowtechs on mine, had a problem when i clocked the tcase, it moves the driveshaft closer to the frame. so instead of 4.5" from frame to driveshaft it was 3.5". the header did hit the driveshaft, here is a pic of it.

it only fit on the flange. this is only with the clocked tcase. my dads blazer has flowtech headers and has no problem, same with my buddies 2 trucks which both have flowtechs.

i can't get the dam pic to load but its on the second page second column sec row, here http://www.cardomain.com/id/big83chevy4x4
