Any one know which companies are the best to get AC hose from

I did the 5.3L swap on my truck and I was just wondering if there was any companies that offer pre-built AC high and low side hoses.

There are enough people doing these swaps now there has to be a market for them? I didn't have any luck finding anything other than companies that make the AC compressor adaptors for the compressor to engine.

Any companies to out right avoid?

Depending on hose availability depends on if I use the v6 compressor mount and the R4 tuna can style AC comp or if I use the new style compressor that came with my full engine take out.

Because you're doing a non-factory setup, I'd see if you can find a hose shop locally that can make you whatever you need. That way you have the truck there to make sure everything fits right, and the shop is right there in case there is a problem.
