Anyone know of any online retailers that sell BDS lift kits for a K5's? If not anyone know how much the 6" kit with rear springs costs roughly? My local 4x4 shops either don't carry BDS or don't have them for a K5.

give captcrunch a pm he's got the best source for them I found.

Some day: massive cutting, shorter wb and rear overhang.

I put a kit in my buddy's rig. Total cost for suspension, transfer case drop kit, shocks, s.s. brake line extensions, etc., etc., etc., and all necessary hardware was right at $1300. Not too bad considering I've about $700 invested in a 4" and i'm not very happy with it (man did I mess up). I'll be swapping out for a 6" BDS sometime this year.

What does a BDS kit go for for a 80-ish suburban? Say like a 4" lift? Any ideers?

That jeep thing? Yah I understand it....... Like my Blazer? http://community.webshots.com/user/blazerk5

About $650 for a complete bolt in 4" kit. It's well worth it!

There's no substitute for cubes and inches!

well, somebody on heres gunna say i got took, but 4 my 4" new rear springs, dual steerin stabilizers, dual shocks, all the brackets, polyeurethane (sp?) bushings all around, includin all the shocks, steerin canisters, drop steering arm, brake lines and the like, came to about $1200 when all was said and done with.

This is Chevy country and on a quiet night you can hear a Ford rust.
