when they say fender trimming is need for a stock k5 to run 33s just how much is needed? As is the fender is so rusty.. maye it is trimmed enough with the body rot.

to run 33s it doesn't need much. just a little nip of the bottom of the fender, might even be able to just trim on the inner part of it,

I ran BFG 33x12.5x15's on a set of 15x8" wheels with 4" backspacing and didn't trim anything and they never rubbed. I didn't disconnect the sway bar when wheeling and never had any problems.

I've had two sets of 33's stock on my rig with no rubbing on either set. Currently I have Goodyear Duratracs. I can try to get some pictures if you'd like. Gotten it just about as flexed as it will go on stock springs and still didn't get any

I have 33s and it only rubbed when I U turned. but it was because the wheels where 15x10 . so i switched to some rock krawlers 15x8 and it stopped.

If you dont want to trim at all... just do some zero rates and you will be good to go.
