my right front tire to their left front everything, mitsubishi car. 45 mph and a short skeeeeeeert! then bam! shot me all the way over into the center lane from the right hand lane.

sheared the center pin and bent short side axle tube.

bent the shackles

got their paint on my hub

inner fender rubbage

and some scratches under the bumper.

totaled out my blazer, and still retained a clear blue title and a fat pocket of cash.

How about this?
My son was driving on a curved freeway onramp on a wet day, punched it, the back end went left, right, back left and the truck was side-swiped by a semi doing 55 mph. My son was bounced off the door, but was not seriously injured, other than bruised and sore.

GOD DAMN. That's one of those times where some common sense could have changed your life. Lucky he wasn't hurt too bad. I had a similar outcome back when i had my Legacy GT. Hit a retaining wall dead on at 65mph and walked away with an airbag burn and a bruised shoulder. The windshield had a gap in it big enough to put my arm through.

Had a minivan decide not to yield at an intersection that turned about 140 degrees back towards the road I was on. The road was wet and I slid a little sideways and turned right to keep my fairlead from hitting her in the drivers door. I'm glad I did, but I wouldn't have recieved as much damage as I did had I not turned. I hit her in the drivers 1/4 panel and a piece of my fiberglass hood went in the 1/4 glass and come out through the rear tailgate glass. Also when she drove away the lft rear tire was pointed way in at the top.
