My np205 started as a slip yoke syncro.d case. I have bored input for larger bearing, bought twin stick rails and 32 spline input. Just finished cleaning all the ford guts and going to start assembly with needle bearings under gears. Anything I should lookout for during rebuild?

Any problems swapping all ford guts to chevy np205?

Just don't try to use the shift rails as they are different between Chevy and Ford.
