for sale?

OB do you want to sell the coins? i am collecting all types of USA coins, in preparation of opening a coin collecting store, and am buying stock. depending upon condition and type, they could bring some cash. if you are interested in selling, email me some pics to : [email protected] i will research and find values and you can have them checked, for your own piece of mind. then we could discuss buying arrangements. if your not interested in selling, you can still email me pics and i will research and determine approximate grade and value, just to let you know what you have, just b/c i enjoy doing this kinda thing.

is that seriously your business acct mailto? thats good ill just post em up here, id like to keep the 1886 nice one but i never use it or look at it. its a nice keepsake i guess. the pennies are my oldest ones, 40 41 and 28 or something.

YEP THATS MY REAL EMAIL. the larger coins are silver morgan dollars and the price would depend on the mint mark, which is small and on the rear, i have several of those, in that condition and if they are the common mint marks they range from 30-50 bucks each. but if they happen to be a cc or an o mint mark, it would put them into the hundreds(the 1884 if it is a cc mint mark @$225 in condition shown) most of these morgans were melted down for their silver and restruck with a 1921 year making the older coins more valuable and they are only going up, silver spot price is @ $16 oz. so they will always be worth an oz of silver....
the mid size 1943 silver is a walking liberty 1/2 dollar, again depending on the mint mark it ranges from $5-10,
the smallest silver coins are barber quarters, mintmark on these are right under the tailfeathers on the reverse and the 1895 would range from 5-25, depending on mint mark, the o or s mint mark being the higher prices. the 1896, if o mint mark @$40, now if it has a S mint mark, your looking at $800-1000!!!
the pennies, i can't tell much about so i won't even attempt. thanks for lettin me see!

The "o" mark is on the 1886 coin. There doesn't appear to be anything on the 84', or the two little "barber quarters". What is the best way to clean them up? I have some eagle one. Will any metal polish work?

War Pennies

I have a handful of war pennies I'd be willing to part with. PM me and we can talk details.

yeah collecting coins and currency is kind of one of my families keepsakes that we use to do together when we were younger. My dad actually has a thick 3 ring binder with ancient money he collected as he grew up since he was an air force kid and travelled all over, not to mention like every US coin from late 1880s to the 1990s. Wish I could offer some of them up to you, but its something that is personal for us. You would be suprised how many rare nickels/pennies/and quarters we found just going to the bank and buying rolls of coins to look through. LOL on a funny note, my dad bought several rolls of nickels to look through years ago, maybe early 90s, and found a full roll of rare silver nickels, and buffalo nickels. That kids dad must have been pissed when they found out, lol.
