are their still co-ops or hippie's making their own fuel in the so-cal area?? (no offense intended if you are a hippy and you burn your own fuel lol)

have some fry oil in Norwalk ca - would like to donate to somebody that could use it. i havent had a diesel for a while and am kind of disconnected from the local scene.

posted in the freebies forum.

I think Kommiefornia made it illegal to make your own bio diesel. I mean how do they tax that, can't have people making stuff we can't tax. Or might blow up a neighborhood.... Oh wait LAPD Bomb squad beat us to it.

I used to frequent the steel soldiers forum, and guys would use that in the m35's. May post up there if nobody here takes you up on it.

That is not stopping everyone.
I am still looking for sources up here to run in my diesel trucks

Bossman set up an account with a commercial removal service. They don’t have to pay, but they do have to pump their own oil into caddy’s for the delivery guy

When you drive by the chp smelling like french fry frier, I think they'll know.
I haven't smelled french fry aroma since the law was passed.

CHP is going to pull you over just to see whats cooking? -they would prob just get hungry and get in line over at IN-N-OUT?

Law enforcement is so overrun and understaffed everywhere i go- if they aren't on some kind of awful call, or manhandling disgusting combative drug addict's... It's going to be a while before they have time to respond to property crimes, misdemeanors, or enforce the rest of the laws and codes on the books

In the early 2000s I put a 6.2 diesel in my 80 Olds Cutlass. All of my used motor oil while I drove that got filtered through a 1 micron filter and dumped right into the tank. I put about 60k miles on that combo and burnt who knows how much oil through it.

Was it originally a 5.7 diesel?

Factory Olds 260 V8, then a 468 BBC that I raced for a few years. Got bored of that and swapped in the 6.2 with a 700R4, got low 30s MPG, best/most fun engine it ever had, wish I still had it.
