well, we got my D60 in....but the 8in BDS springs I bought a long WHILE ago wouldn't fit into the front spring hangers correctly. it took alot of wacking and prying and grease. i actually had to bang the outer part of the spring mount out about a quarter inch to get it to fit...and it still was a BIATCH. the springs that the PO put on the truck had like 3 or 4 washers in there, so im geussing he used the wrong bushing on the crap lift he installed, then cranked the hell out of the bolts(closing the gap on the front hangers)

i definately have the springs right(front to back) and im using the BDS bushings that were in the springs. i got them in, but they're tight as hell, and i have a feeling they're gonna squeek like CRAZY!.

anybody else ever fought with these things?

Yeah I did this about 30 mins ago. Its a pain but not too bad just put the bushings in first then that little sleeve thing and pound it in with a malet or something. Thats what I did. Oh yeah and i greased them too but barely
