Hey, I'm from Rockland (South Shore) and maybe one day I'll pass ya on my way to work in Brookline. Where do ya wheel? I used to go to plymouth beach, behind the Kingston Mall, and in this little spot in Hanover, but all of them have either become off limits, or have started asking for money. Well, get back to me sometime. If you fish for striper, I could get you out driving on Duxbury beach. Take care.

Hey, I just moved from Braintree a couple of years ago. Before that I lived in Weymouth. Did they ever develop the old So. Weymouth NAS?

Well, they haven't put a mall in there yet, but some industrial companies are using some of the buildings. Hell, I wish they'd turn the runway into a NHRA dragstrip!/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Weymouth is fighting the whole mall project tooth and nail.

I used to work on the base during summers between school. We used to take the pickups and go blasting through the woods between the housing and taxiways. There were three main backroads and a few leading off of them. I went through them a few years ago. They're deeply rutted, and muddy in some spots. But since nobody goes through there anymore, they're largely grown over now. Hey, we should all hook up sometime! I've got a nine year old son who loves to go wheelin! Let's kick some dirt up somewhere, or go fishin!
