Anybody have any experience with City Motors in Dallas?

I am only weeks away from buying my first K5. It's a 1988 with a seized engine. I'm considering buying a short block 383 stroker from City Motors in Dallas. Reason 1, they have the least expensive stroker I've found (under $1300 with core exchange) Reason 2, Dallas is close enough to pick up the engine and avoid shipping charges. One local engine builder has told me he has seen tolerance problems with their engines. Anyone else?

I have no personal experience but I had a friend from Clarksville that ran an automotive shop and he purchased their motors for replacements in customer cars, told me they were the best remanufactured engines besides actually having one built by a good machine shop.

I've no personal experience, but have talked to people who have - some have good things to say, and some bad. I think they're kind of hit or miss.
