I have a bunch of Chevy manuals that I no longer need. I would like them to go somewhere they will be used and shared. Anybody interested in these? I would like to ship the whole bunch to a good home. PM me if I forget to check back in here.

What do you want for them?
I am missing most of these, I actually only have one, the one with the yellow step side.

If Iceman deal don't go through I got dibs on the two 76 manuals

I have one PM on these so far as well. I am not looking to make any money off of them and will eat the shipping as long as they end up in a good home. I originally intended on shipping them all together but I suppose I could split them up.

Well, if you want to break them up go ahead and give the guys what they want, I do have a 76 and aquiring a 73 but I can live without these if the guys really need them, the 67-78 parts interchange, I would take since no one claimed it as well as any left over you have.
And since it's happening like this, I think it's only fair to charge the shipping on each of us now that you are splitting them up.

I say Iceman has first dibs on the lot...let him have em!

No, really, guys take what you need, I have been doing fine with my Hanes and Chiltons, I do not have anythig for my 70 chevy so the parts interchange book will be good.
Also remember I am trying to reduce my collection of trucks.:doah:
By the way DR, you showed interest in the Greenbriar, hit me with a PM with what you were thinking or if you want to make a trip up here and take a look at it.

I apologize for underestimating the need for these books. I have many requests. KylerJ133 was the first one to hit me up in a PM just prior to imiceman44 so I will probably go down the list in order of first come, first serve. I will let you know soon.

I would love it, but given all my current vehicles I would be the second article posted about somebody who had a woman rip their balls off if I got another one.

If I remember right the '76 red book is a supplement that includes the '76 changes from the base manual, the brown '74. So you would need both for a '76 truck...if I remember right.

Good info. I will be sending off the manuals to the first couple of guys that responded. I better keep that group intact then.

Yeah I just checked my set. It's inside the front cover of the red '76 book. The red '76 and two '74s (brown and green) are a set. I'd keep them all together since it's getting hard to find them these days. It's cool that you are giving them away to fellow CK5ers.

No, I keep trying to get to the UPS to ship them. I have to figure out how I am going to split them up. The first two that piped up were imiceman44 and Kylerj133 within minutes of each other followed by Massacre 77 and then you.

Since the Chevy factory ones are a set, I will keep the 74 Overhaul and Service manuals, the 76 supplement and the 76 wiring diagram together as a set. Then all the rest as a set. imiceman44 and Kylerj133, you guys want to decide who gets which set?

I told you let him take what he wants, and I will take the rest.
