You might try doing a google search on lifting rings. That's what they look like.

hard to tell for sure, but I don't think thats a regular d-ring shackle/
I guess he's talking about the shackle on either side of the center D-ring shackle. Those look to be large lifting shackles that swivel and are VERY expensive.

Crosby makes some of the best rigging stuff IMO, but it is spendy. There are regular rated clevis shackles, and alloy clevis shackles. All have a "Working load Limit" cast into the shackle itself. If you don't see "WLL XXX tons" don't bother with it.
The shackles I usually have hanging off my bumpers are rated for 8 1/2 tons WLL each.
