anybody used www.rebuilt-auto-engines.com ??

Hey guys,
I need a long block for my 500 Caddy Blazer because my old 500 took a crap last November. I found that site which is owned by S&S Engines and they have a complete long-block with a 7 year/70k mile warranty for $1750 plus $230 freight. Have you guys heard of them before? If so, are they any good? Thanks.

Sometimes I do not get returns for a day or more. a lot of people dont get on until the evening.

Well, never mind, I just talked to someone else at S&S and found out that the warranty only applies if the engine is going in the original vehicle. I think I'll run into that wherever I go. I guess I'll be rebuilding the original 500. Might as well build it up a little while I'm at it. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif The saga continues.

I rebuilt my last engine for around a $1000. I didnt have to do any headwork though.
