Anyone Bought from "Monster Transmission" Before? Looking for References...

My 700R4 just went out on my 1986 Chevy K5, so I'll need to replace her this week. I recently saw an episode of Extreme 4x4 where they ordered a transmission from Monster Transmission. Has anyone used these guys before, and if so, where you pleased with both their trannys and their customer service? I can't seem to find a lot of feedback. It's funny how you most always only hear the bad reviews on websites, almost never the good.

I placed an order with them 2 weeks ago online. They called me a couple times making sure I ordered what I wanted. Great customer service. I also have a 700R4. I got the "Mega Monster In A Box". Also a torque converter and a huge cooler. Very pleased so far. Getting it installed soon.

I say they are good. Good customer service also.
