Hi there! I woder if anyone could help me out....? I am looking for a spare tire MT Baja Belted 35x14,50 15" since a while. Now I found one in mint condition on ebay. The seller is located in Yardley PA 19067. Unfortunately I cannot get in touch with the seller, seemingly I have problems with my austrian ebay, it often acts wired when it comes to US auctions.

So, my question is, if anyone is close to the sellers location and could get in touch with him, or even more, lets say arrange something or else? I already talked to my forwarder, I think it wouldn't be a problem to get it shipped over here. I would pay for any extra cost rising up for help. Would be really great if someone could help a lonely K5 driver from Austria...please

You might want to provide us with a link to the auction and your e-mail address.

Did you notice the part where he said, "Pickup only - see item description for details
Ships to:Will arrange for local pickup only (no shipping)."

yes I noticed. Therefore I would arrange it from here with a forwarder having it picked up by their US agency. I seem to have no other option then this way since here in Austria and even Germany it is impossible to get that tire.

Ok, just checking. Sent him this message:

Hi,
I know you said you don't want to ship this but a fellow in Austria is interested in purchasing it from you. I think he may have a freight forwarder here in the states or something but I'm not sure. Could you please e-mail him at [email protected] ?
Thanks.

Yes, I hope so too, otherwise I do not see much chance to have a working spare tire for my Project Blazer.... :(

Something will come along. You can always just find something to get you by until you find what you really need.

Any old 35x12.50-15 will work as a spare.

a 35x12,50 tire will work just for emergency case, but what if I cannot let a damaged tire be repaired? Then I would have to buy a complete new set of 5 tires. And those tires, no matter if a Baja Belted, TSL, Thornbird or Bogger, they cost more then twice as much as you pay in USD. That is actually why I am desperadely looking for such a tire, and this one in that new condition would just been perfect.

if you win it I can pick it up for you. I am less then an hour from the guy. unless some one on here is closer.

It is between Philadelphia, PA and New York, NY closest to Trenton, NJ. Any time you need any thing close to me I will help you mate (bro) if it was closer top the Ohio side I would go get for you.

This is what makes CK5 a great place and family!

PA is Philadelpiha? I thought PA is Pennsylvania

PA is the abbreviation for Pennsylvania and NY is for New York.

If gmc4cw has an eBay account just have him email the guy and then he could copy and paste for you. If he don't mind being the mail man :haha:

well that would be just perfect, any kind of help from the K5-familiy is highly appreciated

When you do get around to needing a set of new tires (or tyres as we say in England!) look at BFG M/T or A/T. I can buy them cheaper in England than in America, even with the good exchange rate.
Just something to bear in mind!

I use to say tyres, but I think the other fellows here just would prefer "tires" ;)

When it comes to lets say standard sized tires, we also have good prices I think. A BFG M/T 35x12,5 15 costs EUR 190,- but a 36x14,5 Baja Belted or Super Swamper Bogger in 35x14,5 costs about 400 euro...
