Looking for someone to pick up a motor to deliver to me. It will be in pieces so they can be spread out in your rig to distribute the weight evenly.

Motor is in Palisade, CO which is east of Grand Junction and I'm in Ellsworth, KS which is in the very central part of the state. I'm off I-70 by 8 miles due south.

Willing to pay fuel costs if anyone is passing thru or know of someone who may be able to.

Any time. Between now and preferably before Christmas.

Wes, I'm picking up my 76CC at Erics place in Idaho Falls on the 23rd of Sept. I planned on a route of I-80 coming back to MI....If someone could get it to Denver, and sit on it til I can get there that should be doable for me, dropping down to I-70 in Denver would make it about 250 miles longer, but I should have the time to make it work.
Or if someone could get it up to Erics place in Idaho Falls to sit on it til I get there.
PM Eric and see if he has any ideas in the area?

I believe a few guys from Denver are going to BB. If not one of them, I could hang onto it and meet in Limon on the 70.

I could make it up to I-80 easily as its a shorter drive than to Denver for me. Denver is exactly 400 miles at 6 hour drive from my town. I can do the Sept. date easy, too. Either Interstate would work fine by me.

Lets see if I can get the engine to Denver from GJ...

Limon is another easy drive as thats where I met the PO of my '85 K30 back when I got it in '96. He was from Ft. Collins so we met at the McDonalds (I think) in Limon for the exchange.

I can do this trip if nothing else works out.

I could get it as far as Denver or Colorado Springs. Be going through there after Blazer Bash.
I've got an old classmate living in CO Springs but I'd have to ask him when he is coming back this way. Or if his folks were ever going to see him. I think that wouldn't be until T-giving or X-mas.
