Anyone have pics of rear seat belt setup, or source?

Recently bought a '91 K5, and the interior soft parts had been redone. Rear seat folded up no problem, and at a glance it looked like the seatbelts were intact.

Upon further inspection they are an unsafe cobbled together mess. Anybody got a recommendation for a source for rear seat belts? just two lap belts would be fine, mainly want something that can run trough the bottom of the car seat, and then I'll install an anchor point behind on the floor.

EDIT: Don't care that they are factory original or not, just want them to be safe, and black in color.

The original 91 belts would have had a short buckle bolted to the lower seat frame towards the middle on each side of the folding handle. The shoulder belts had the retractor mounted to the roof and a "pivot point" bolted to the floor between the seat and wheelwell. I can't remember, this belt configuration was used either 89-91 or 90-91. Anything older would just have lap belts and work fine for what you want - IF - the outer retractor will bolt to the floor like the 91 belt.

I've never seen the shoulder belt type, but the older setup is just as described by nvrenuf. Super simple, on my buddy's 88 we pulled two center seat belts out of junkyard Tahoes/Suburbans and bolted them in like factory only reversed (used a third row bench from a burb in the back of his) the female ends of those are attached to the seat
