Anyone heard of "AR Racing " in virginia

I have a friend who is being burnt bad by this company. I would like to try and help him. Is there anyone here who knows them, uses them ?
They are out of summerduck Va. They build race motors

Do you have any persons names? I know a lot of people in the racing scene in Northern VA... but I have never heard of this shop.
