I put one in a '79 K10 for about a year before the block and crankshaft went... Would be no different for a '73-75 as far as parts needed go. I can tell you the best way to get a diesel radiator that bolts in though
That is a 454 radiator core with diesel end caps, 454 fan shroud (notched for the oil cooler lines), 454 radiator bracket and stock diesel fan and clutch.
Radiator shop should do it, but if you buy a used radiator just pay to have it rodded out and they can put the other end caps back on it in the process.
