He's saying "beware". Basically, you need to be here a lot longer and let people get to know you before it's a good idea to trust you with a group buy.
The last time I remember someone trying a group buy with us was when he was trying to get some fancy one-off wheels for like $2000 for a set of 4. Nobody would pitch in because nobody could afford them.
Probably would help if he became a CK5 member as well.

Forget it. My intentions we'rent to collect up front but at pickup so there was zero risk to anyone. You try to do something nice, people accuse you of trying to be a thief. I'll eat the shipping and do it by myself.
BTW not a single person replying is in Dallas so why are you even reading this thread?
Because this site is aimed towards EVERYONE who can and wants to read your post?
1- Being sceptical of a non member looking for folks to go in on an order is not accusing you of being a thief
2- this is a brotherhood, we look out for one another here, there, everywhere the interweb goes.

), nobody is accusing you of anything. It just pays to be skeptical of someone you don't know, especially when money is involved. No one said you couldn't ask, and you're probably on the level, but we don't know you yet so people should be cautious.If you're not the cautious type, thats fine. In fact, if that's the case I have some nice beach front property here in Utah you might be interested in.
