if you are trying to ship one i recommend dissassembly and just ship the parts you need, range box forward.
 
yep about 180 but I'd say with the adapter,10 for the adapter and 170 for the X case...

$125???? I have 3 np203's behind the garage and all 3 are $175+ each according to my scale. Are you sure you didnt weigh a np208 and mistook the label thinking it said 203?

There are some variations, like cast iron tailhousings, etc, but the most common 203's are usually about 175#, without the adapter. The 465/203 adapter is about 25# or so. If you're shipping it, DO NOT ship the adapter attached to the t-case. it will most likely be broken. It needs to be removed and sent to you separately. If it's for the Doubler, you can just ship the gearbox and it should only weigh 75#.

How much does an NP 205 weigh? SM 465? Neither are lightweights.
