Might be called a 1300-A model - don’t know enough about the IH nomenclature and never seen the added rear fender well extensions before.

That is a slick engineered dually rear fender. That won’t be cracking after too long in the sun.

here's a couple pics of my dad's IH. I think it was a 1966 and seems like it had 3100 on the side.

Can’t help you on details of that truck but it is sweet! Love old IH trucks.

Those big ole banjo type rear axle housings were geared really well - 6.17’s or the economy ratio of 4.87 if mileage or maximum road speed was a concern.

Ours was 4 speed with 1st being granny. Also the shift pattern wasn't really the standard H. It was first then down slightly right and down, 3rd was up 1/2 way to the right and up, 4th was down right and down, double clutching helped alot.
Top speed was pretty much 55 mph unless you wanted really high rpm's

In the middle east every car we got, had the oil bath air filter and got cleaned every couple of months.
I would get about 8 oz of dirt every couple of months our of it.
I used it to go on dirt roads hunting or construction jobs
That thing is cool -Wish I knew more about the trucks, but my knowledge is limited to the early scouts. Had to buy 3 of them to put one together. Finally sold all the spare parts to a friend.

Had a guy come into the auto parts store that was passed down from his dad when he passed and was starting to fix it. He said he figured it needs a new engine because there was close to a quart of oil in the air cleaner and didn't even know how that could happen. So had to explain the oil bath.
