Are they some kind of factory stripes? Similar to older desert fox package but wrong colors.

I can't remember the name of the company, but they're on Instagram. Very similar vinyl kit.
My old shop we could recreate that easy peazy. It's more than likely a partial wrap kit.

Those look cool on some round headlight trucks, but that color combo is terrible. It also doesn't vibe as well with the 81+ front end.

I love the dually flat bed trucks. It's been a want of mine for years and had plans for one till I got hurt. It's going to be on the back burner for a while. @Fastereddie looked up the vin on my V30 and found it was a C & C chassis so at least I've got the truck now.
