Hey Y'all,

When I owned my Toyota's I could find mechanical speedo recalibrators' that connected between the transfer case and the speedo cable. You needed to supply the original gearing/tire size and the final gearing/tire size. They would make the unit and ship it to you. They were, overall, pretty accurate.

Does anyone make these for Chevies? If so, who? Anyone running them? If so, how do you like it? I'd appreciate any input.

Thanks! :D

Yeah, I know that my speedo is 7 mph off on the slow side. It would just be nice to be dead on for a change.

Hit up the wrecking yards, they were installed from the factory on some cars and trucks, just make sure you get the one with 4 screws since those are the only ones that can be taken apart and have different gears put into. Once you have one you can go to any speedo shop and give them your truck and that adapter and they can calibrate your speedo/odometer.
