My divorced 205 mount in my silverado is dying.. well to be more specific I have patched it.. tossed tube and random metal laying around time after time for last minute mud bog trips. Its tired of the abuse. My t-case is damn near sideways now and I cant get the new jack shaft in.. so a repair is finally forced on me.

but.. I digress I am feeling lazy. So rather than cut it all out at once I want to add the rear support while leaving on one side of the old mount at a time so I dont have to lower my t-case 4 feet:D Added bonus is the extra support along with me not having to lift this thing. Win Win:pimp:

Anyone remember it:confused: it was around 75.00 came with the bushing, sleeve, bracket that bolted on the rear of one of the covers.

:1zhelp:

Northwest Fab did at one time but, iirc, they disco'd it a couple of years ago.

I know there was a company / person called "Roark" that did a version for the Atlas-4 cases.... maybe there's a 205 equivalent available? :dunno:

DIY4X manufactures the one I designed.

I don't see why one couldn't run it in a stock position instead of clocked, which is the way i designed it. But it could be made to work with a little modding to the right side mount, while running the rear one at a bit of angle.
