Anyone replaced the timing cover on a 460?

Not K5 related, but we are trying to do this on my son's 1993 F-250. Stuck figuring out how to remove the passenger side accessory bracket. It's something to do with the air pump area, but I can't see what's holding the bracket to the engine anymore.
