that truck is badass... id just take the bed off and call it a day maybe throw a flatbed of somesort on there

don't take the bed off. The bed makes it a truck and not an abortion. yours looks a lot like mine with the older front end.

bed = rock/tree target. 4x4-specific flatbeds are cool tho.

a custom bed that is Uber funtional is cool, but too many people simply take the factory bed off and bolt some wood down and call it a day. they always look like crap. The bedsides on my truck are smoked. I'm gonna taper it because I like the body lines, not because it keeps it functional.

Thanks! I used a high speed angle grinder with a 4.5 inch .045 cut off wheel. It is thin enough that it doesn't heat the paint too bad. I think I went through about 7 or 8 of them.

think that was easier and cleaner than a sawzall?

Definitely easier to control and make cleaner cuts. It was probably a little harder on the inner fenders, but I would do it the same way again.

You think those 4.56's are going to be enough to turn those 44's? Sure having a BB will help but still...

It may be marginal, but I have a solution......LOMAX! 3:1 coming soon!

Then I will find something else to spend money on!

What width rim are you running with those 44's? It looks like you removed the inner fender wells. Do you think theres any way you coulda left'em in? Also is your axle moved forward at all?

I'm not sure who you're asking about the inner fenders. I kept mine. I just cut reliefs and bent them back against the cab. Here's a couple of cool flatbed shots. Courtesy of 72THING.
